State of Black Northern Virginia: "Keeping Up with the Joneses"

Thursday, March 8, 6:45 PM - 9:00 PM
Location: WETA Building, 2775 Quincy Street, Alexandria, VA
Join YPN as we welcome guest moderator EZ Street, popular radio personality from WKYS and host of "Trending with EZ," as we discuss topics such as:
- How does the media portray Black middle class life and is that what we see in Northern Virginia?
- Do you consider yourself a part of the Black middle class?
- Have you and your friends "made it"?
- How do you view income and wealth in Northern Virginia?
Our discussion comes as the National Urban League closes its 9th Annual Legislative Policy Conference and releases the 2012 State of Black America "Occupy The Vote." Not registered to vote in Virginia? We'll have voter registration forms on hand!
